I know the thought of attending counselling can feel daunting. This is why I offer a free 20 minute consultation call. I will contact you at a time that suits you and this is your opportunity to ask questions and explore if you would like to work with me.
When you are ready to start, I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can talk about and explore your thoughts and feelings. This is your time and you decide what you would like to discuss or explore. My training and experience will help me to guide you through the process and start feeling more like yourself. You may find some sessions difficult or upsetting but others may be liberating or life-changing.
Counselling isn't a quick fix and unfortunately I don't possess a magic wand! I am not going to give advice, but offer a different perspective or way of thinking about your issue. You know what is best for you and the choice is always yours to make.
