Its your choice. You may choose weekly, fortnightly or more. I offer flexibility and want you to feel empowered by choosing the right frequency for you.

Its your choice. I offer six initial sessions but you may require more or less. Only you will know whether counselling is working for you and whether you wish to continue. 

In the event of needing to cancel or rearrange an appointment I require 24 hours notice. Without 24 hours notice you will be required to pay for your session.

I accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal and expect payment to be made 24 hours before the session.
